Many thanks to @DeanG for the heads up on this one- we were able to save this Macintosh SE SuperDrive from the scrap heap. Unfortunately we didn't get to it before the battery went kaboom.

A bigger TV that was bound for the dump. Usually I don't try for these, but it was close and it is a nice one. Solidly built piece of furniture with the swivel base. Looks better than my cheap phone camera can pick up. 😅 Free to a good home! Pick up in Stevens Point Wisconsin.

Local retro repair guru Lenny took this neglected old set (which had spent time outside in the rain) and got it working like new again! Hope we can get this one into good hands soon. 😃
